Professional Industrial Ventilation Solution for High-Pressure Applications
The 9-19 High Pressure Centrifugal Blower is a robust industrial fan designed for demanding ventilation, exhaust, and material handling applications. This high-performance blower features sizes ranging from 400mm to 630mm with volume capacity from 1704m³/hr to 6978m³/hr, delivering pressure between 3250Pa to 8140Pa with power ratings from 3kW to 30kW depending on the model.

Application:

Apply to hi-pressure compulsory ventilation for the industries of smithing, glass, ceramic, radio, electroplating and storage battery, and material handling of industries like grain, forage and mineral powder, etc. The transporting medium is air, or gas which is not spontaneous combustion & explosive, not harmful to people, and not corrosive to copper. Usage environment is where the density of transporting medium not big than 150mg/m³ and the temperature not more than 80℃.

Structure & Feature:
This series is single inlet forward type, 4#, 4.5#, 5#, 5.6#, and 6.3#, five models in total are available.
This fan can be made right-handed rotation and left-handed rotation in two forms. Look from the side of bearing pedestal, if the impeller turn clockwise, the fan is right-handed rotation; if
the impeller turns anticlockwise, the fan is left-handed rotation.
The outlet of the fan is indicated by the fan house. 0º,45º,90º,135º,180º and 225º can be done for left or right-handed rotation. Our standard products is 0º,90º,180º, others should be specially required.
A type direct driven, with high transmission efficiency, simple transmission system, convenient maintenance.
The impeller has been statically and dynamically balanced, with steady operation and long life.

Fan selection attention:
If not sure about the pipeline resistance, to avoid overload of the motor, enough motor power allowance should be kept, or adjustment door should be installed in the pipeline system.

Ideal for manufacturing, dust exhausting, and ventilating applications, the 9-19 series is widely used for material transportation and forging furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation systems.
